Private relocation services

Personal relocation transport planned with care, flexibility and attention to detail.

Moving personal belongings requires a different level of care from standard commercial freight. Furniture, boxes, fragile items and personal possessions often have different handling, packaging and access requirements.

AVIO Group reviews the inventory, access at both addresses, required loading support and preferred timing before arranging a suitable transport solution.

Inventory review

We review the item list, box count, dimensions, estimated volume and any fragile or valuable belongings.

Access planning

Floor levels, lifts, stairs, parking restrictions and carrying distance are considered before collection.

Coordinated handover

Collection and delivery contacts, agreed time windows and handling arrangements are confirmed in advance.

What we transport

Flexible solutions for personal belongings, furniture and smaller household moves.

Suitability depends on the type of items, packaging quality, total volume, route and access conditions at collection and delivery.

Household furniture

Tables, chairs, wardrobes, beds, sofas and other household furniture that has been prepared for safe transport.

Boxed belongings

Clothing, books, kitchenware, decorations and personal effects packed securely in clearly labelled boxes.

Partial household moves

Selected furniture, boxes or belongings moved without the scale of a complete household removal.

Student & employee moves

Personal belongings transported between accommodation, workplaces, universities or international assignments.

Personal equipment

Bicycles, sports equipment, boxed electronics, hobby items and other declared personal property.

Private goods FAQ

Common questions before arranging a private relocation.

Exact arrangements depend on the inventory, packaging, access conditions, route and level of handling support required.

Do you provide full household removals?

Can furniture and boxes be transported together?

Yes. Furniture and boxed belongings can usually be transported together when the complete inventory, approximate dimensions and packaging condition are provided in advance.

Can you collect from apartments without a lift?

Potentially, but the floor level, staircase access, carrying distance and available loading assistance must be known before the service is confirmed.

Can personal belongings be transported internationally?

Yes. AVIO Group coordinates private-goods transport across European routes, subject to route feasibility and any customs, ownership or declaration requirements.

Who is responsible for packing?

Unless professional packing support is specifically included, the sender is responsible for preparing, protecting and labelling all belongings before collection.
